Adopt-A-Block’s mission is to go into the neighborhoods of our community to build relationships & meet basic needs.

Team members visit certain neighborhoods each week to build relationships, offer assistance, deliver food, pray with the residents, and more. To learn more about serving with Adopt-A-Block email adoptablock@gfcshrewsbury.org.

The Community Closet provides basic material necessities for everyday life.

Team members are needed to help staff the store; gather, sort and organize goods; and pick-up large items from donors. To learn more about serving at the Community Closet email dstonier@gfcshrewsbury.org.   We're open Monday from 12-2PM, Wednesday from 4-6PM, Thursday from 11-12PM & Friday from 4-6PM.  *Scheduled appointments are preferred at this time, but walk-ins are welcome! 

The Harvest Food Center feeds those in need in our community.

Dedicated volunteers at the Harvest Cafe come together weekly to set up, serve meals, and visit with the guests. Volunteers with the Harvest Bakery cook and bake items needed for the Cafe. Teams serve in the Harvest Pantry assisting guests as they choose groceries for their families.  To learn more about serving at the Harvest email syingling@gfcshrewsbury.org.  We are open Wednesday from 4-6PM.  *Carryout only at this time.

The Lord’s Gym provides a pathway for physical wholeness & health.
