Adopt-A-Block
Adopt-A-Block’s mission is to go into the neighborhoods of our community to build relationships & meet basic needs.
ADOPT-A-BLOCK is a marketplace ministry of the Dream Center. It consists of teams of servants/volunteers who serve specific neighborhoods on a weekly basis. As team members, we visit homes each week to build relationships by helping people in whatever way we can through conversation, prayer & sharing the hope found in Jesus. We always look for opportunities to demonstrate the love of Jesus. We use special events such as block parties, picnics, cookouts, Bible studies & movie nights, as well as, mentoring children & teens. Community Closet
The Community Closet provides basic material necessities for everyday life.
THE COMMUNITY CLOSET is a vital & active support ministry, open to the public, to directly benefit those in need by providing basic material necessities for everyday life with grace, compassion & non-judgment.
Donation bins are located on the back side of the building. Large donations, furniture drop-offs & pick-ups are by appointment only.
Join our team! We have the unique opportunity to make gently used clothing & household items easily available to individuals & families who are financially challenged, all for the purpose of building relationships & making known the name of Jesus & His love. The Harvest
The Harvest Food Center feeds those in need in our community.
THE HARVEST consists of the Harvest Café, Bakery & Pantry. The Harvest Café is a friendly environment where you can enjoy a hot meal & experience & share the love of Jesus. The Harvest Bakery works alongside of the Café by preparing the meals that are served.
The Harvest Pantry offers non-perishable items, meat & produce (in season) to families in need in our community.
Dedicated volunteers come together weekly to help in many ways from serving food, baking, stocking shelves, serving & assisting with local food drives, and kitchen help! Join the team, today! To learn more about serving at the Harvest email:

*The cafe is open on Mondays from 11AM-1PM & Wednesdays from 4-6PM. The pantry is providing food through a drive-thru distribution on Wednesdays from 4-6PM. We are unfortunately unable to provide shopping in the pantry @ this time.
The Lord's Gym
The Lord’s Gym provides a pathway for physical wholeness & health.
THE LORD'S GYM is a ministry before it's a fitness center! Throughout the week, staff and volunteers guide guests in the use of equipment and offer tips for their workouts, while also inviting them to join in the life-giving relational community of the gym. This ministry is designed to build relationships through spiritual, physical & personal connection in order to glorify God & His Kingdom! To learn more about serving at Lord’s Gym email:

"Where pain & suffering meet hope & healing."
IN HIM CHRISTIAN WELLNESS is the newest addition to the York Regional Dream Center. While the YRDC has been working in partnership with IHCW for several years, a significant investment was made in 2021 in the construction of six new counseling suites and a reception area. One of the greatest and growing needs in our community is for solid faith-based counseling and wellness. Counseling can be cost-prohibitive for many, especially those below the poverty line.
As with all the YRDC ministries, no one is ever turned away from counseling and services due to financial limitations or their inability to pay. For those seeking financial assistance with counseling, an intake interview will help to provide an understanding of present needs and ability to pay.
